With that being said, I am going to open up and let you get to know me. It is often said that no one cares about how much you know and until that person knows how much you care. I believe that and I wanted to get through to two buyer clients above mine that needed a little nudge for their own good so I wrote this for them:

Real Estate has been my calling for many years now.

You most know I have made friends with my biggest fear, which is not being able to provide for my family, and I don’t even have one yet! That old fear was de-habilitating and I no longer allow it into my thoughts.

So I must I fear for you that right now, home prices are at a low, interest rates are at a low and the government is willing to give you $8,000 to buy your first home and my fear for you is that you will choose not to take advantage of it and you lose what is really important to you
What I want for you is to be able to move into that larger more spacious home with the back yard so it is important for you to overcome any fears that you may have by purchasing a home and my expertise can help you do that – guaranteed.
